After that, you'll need to complete our KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification by uploading a valid Philippine government-issued ID. You must be at least 21 years old to register. Once your KYC is approved, your account is fully activated and you can make your first deposit.

radioph accepts the following Philippine government-issued IDs for KYC verification: PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, Voter's ID, or Postal ID. No. radioph strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. Withdrawals

Log in to your radioph account, go to the Cashier section, and select "Withdraw." Choose your preferred withdrawal method — GCash, PayMaya/Maya, or bank transfer — enter the amount, and confirm. Make sure the account details you enter match your verified identity, as radioph only processes withdrawals to accounts registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

radioph processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days. GCash and PayMaya/Maya withdrawals are typically the fastest, often arriving within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank may take 1 to 3 business days depending on your bank's processing schedule. Withdrawals submitted on weekends or Philippine public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

The minimum withdrawal amount at radioph is ₱200 for all payment methods. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification checks as part of our standard anti-money laundering procedures. If your withdrawal is flagged for review, our team will contact you within 24 hours.

Common reasons for withdrawal delays or rejections at radioph include: incomplete KYC verification, bonus wagering requirements not yet met, account details that don't match your verified identity, or a pending security review.
