radioph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your radioph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
radioph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
You may close your radioph account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue of any such proceeding.
radioph reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, radioph will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
